Holiday coding course at St Cuthbert’s

Code Champions is running a coding course for St Cuthbert’s students in the upcoming school holiday (17 and 18 April).

Join us for two days of coding activities focusing on Coding and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Dates: Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18, April, 2024
  • Time: 9.25am sign-in for 9.30am start. Pick up at 3pm.
  • Location: Junior School, St Cuthbert’s College
  • Tutor: Greg Adams
  • Content: Students will explore Artificial Intelligence (AI), how it works and how it can be used. The course will include coding activities using AI principles and techniques, like machine learning, face recognition and chatbots.
  • Age: This course is for students in Years 4-6 (Please note, we can only accept students from St Cuthbert’s College.)
  • Coding experience: None required. Students will learn all the coding skills they need to complete the activities.

Cost and booking a place

The cost for the two-day course is $275 (this includes the use of a laptop during the two days, as well as access to appropriate software).
