Holiday course: ‘Exploring AI and Coding’

Looking for an exciting and educational activity in the first week of the next school holidays?

Join Code Champions to learn about ‘Artificial Intelligence and Coding’. We’ll explore AI, how it works and how it can be used. The course will include coding activities using AI principles and techniques, such as machine learning, image recognition and chatbots.

This is a completely new holiday programme that explores a dynamic and rapidly changing technological area.

  • Dates: Monday 8 and Tuesday 9, July, 2024
  • Time: 9.25am sign-in for 9.30am start. Pick up at 3pm.
  • Location: Saint Kentigern School
  • Tutor: Greg Adams
  • Age: This course is for students in Years 5-8 (Please note, we can only accept students from Saint Kentigern Boys’ and Girls’ Schools.)
  • Coding experience: None required. Students will learn all the coding skills and knowledge they need to complete the activities and challenges.

COST AND BOOKING A PLACE

The cost for the two-day course is $300 (this includes the use of a laptop during the two days, as well as access to appropriate software and resources).
